Summer adventures can sometimes cause bumps, bruises and strains…so you’ll be wanting to sew up one or a few of these Hot & Cold Packs from SewBon (here’s the tutorial!).

Supplies:

  • Fabric
  • Uncooked Rice (the regular kind, not the ‘minute’ kind)
  • Essential Oil (optional)
  • General Sewing Supplies
