Ruched-Fabric-Flower-Tutorial

These fabric flowers are so fun and a great way to add an extra fancy oomph to dresses and headbands! Plus, you can use up scraps!

Supplies:

  • Fabric Scraps or fabric of your choice
  • Needle and thread or sewing machine
  • Hot glue gun (optional)

    Skill level: Beginner.
