Travel Neck Pillow Tutorial

April 1, 2014 by Andrea's Notebook

I don’t get to travel by myself often, but when I do, I like to read and I like to nap. Airplanes have gotten so cozy these days, it’s hard to do the former without nuzzling up on your neighbor’s shoulder by accident.

Next time I fly, I’m going to prevent inadvertent cuddling with one of these adorable Patchwork Travel Neck Pillows. You can make one of your own with the tutorial over at The Cottage Mama!

Supplies:

  • Scraps of fabric
  • Lightweight fusible interfacing
  • Fiberfill (or other stuffing)
  • Scissors
  • Basic sewing supplies (including hand-sewing)
  • Travel neck pillow pattern piece (click HERE)

Skill level: Beginner
