Heather,
your ruffled skirt is so cute.
Last year I went to Target and they had some very cute ruffled hot pink skirts. They were ruffled all the way around. The length was way to short to be modest for my grand daughter I knew my daughter in law would have a cow if I bought it for her.
Each year one of my grand kids gets to come visit me from out of state. It is the time to be spoiled.
My grand daughter was pleading. They were marked down on clearance at 75% off. So got to thinking and saw two skirts could be combined since they both had an elastic waist. So bought an X-large and a medium.and combined them!
The medium was her normal waist size, the X-Large was attached to the under skirt at the hemline. It made a very cute ruffled skirt that came to her knee!!
6 months later she is still wearing it. In fact her father said it is her favorite skirt and it is hard to peel it off of her. (she wears it too often) It is still hot pink and lovely.
This skirt looks like it could be another favorite, Thanks for sharing.
