Featured: DIY Peacock Costume Tutorial

This fabulous peacock tutu was created by Shwin&Shwin and the tutorial was featured over at the Train to Crazy. I am in love with all the beautiful, vibrant colors! Just like a real peacock.

I wonder if it would be weird to make one for myself?

  • Tulle – royal blue, teal, lime green and brown
  • elastic
  • assorted pack of felt
  • ribbon
  • glue gun
  • the usual sewing supplies
