I am so glad I read the instructions though. This is a &quot;trim&quot; for the skirt. Or an addition to the bottom of a skirt. I thought you were posting this as a skirt all by itself. I was wondering how would you keep it from riding up and becoming immodest? Or have parts peeking through. The user would spend all day pulling the points down to cover her backside. Especially after sitting in a chair. 
How does this outfit do with washing? Is it permanent press fabric or cotton? Bandana&#039;s do need a bit of touch up with an iron after washing. Too hot right now to iron in So Calif. HA!]]></description>
