The other day I went through my son’s summer clothes are realized he has outgrown EVERYTHING. Then I went out and started looking for shorts – nothing I liked. Thank goodness for tutorials! 1 meter of fabric {closer to 1/2 meter depending on size}

1/4 inch to 1/2 inch elastic {cut to the length of your child’s waist}
