I’m a sucker for all things J Crew and have been eyeing one just like this for a few years, but have been unwilling to shell out the money. This tutorial from Merrick’s Art shows you how to make your own, step by step. I think that this would even make an adorable dress with a little added length!
Supplies:
- 1 1/2 – 2 yards knit fabric (I used a cotton-polyester-spandex blend that was soft and stretchy), more or less depending on your height and your desired dress length
- matching all-purpose thread
