  • four different colored cotton fabrics – amount depends on size of skirt you’re making. If you’re making the attached sash, make sure to get extra of one color.
  • elastic
  • the usual sewing supplies
  • optional: serger and/or ruffle foot attachment for your machine

Intermediate.
