I’m always amazed at the sewing illustration of Minki Kim. On her site Minki’s Work Table, she shares a simple tote tutorial that you can use as the base for sharing your artistic creativity as well.

  •  2 rectangles of blue ticking canvas 16.5 x 19inch
  • 2 rectangles of cotton print 16.5 x 18inch for bag lining
  • 1 rectangels of linen (sewing illustrated or hand embroidery) 9 x 10inch for pocket
  • 1 rectangls of cotton print 9 x 10 for pocket lining
  • 1 rectangles of cotton print 9 x 16inch for inside pocket
  • 1 lace 9inch for inside pocket decoration
  • 1 rectangles of red cotton print 9 x 1 1/4inch for pocket upper binding
  • 2 cotton lace 10inch
  • 2 cotton handles 29inch
  • 8 rectangles of linen 2 x 2 1/4inch for handle cover
  • 1 cotton lable for pocket decoration
  • 2 buttons for inside pocket decoration
  • brown embroidery floss
