How to use a rotary cutter

Using a rotary cutter and cutting mat is easy. Unfortunately, they are often a bit mysterious if you’ve never used them. We have a quick little video showing you how to easily true up your fabric and cut a straight line with a cutting mat, rotary cutter and acrylic ruler.

  1. My very first time using a rotary cutter, I ran it right into my finger- twice! I haven’t done it again though! I don’t know how I lived without the rotary cutter when I first started sewing, it made a HUGE difference!
