Simple elastic waist pants for kids are one of my favorite sewing projects. Quick, cute and useful. The best kind of project. This pants tutorial by hungie gungie has an adorable pieced panel in the side. Perfect for little ones.

- scraps to make a pieced panel
- fabric for pants according to pattern
- The usual sewing supplies
