Warm fleece sleep sacks for babies are popular, for a reason. This wonderful tutorial from Easier Than I Thought explains how to make a fleece sleep sack with foot holes for older, walking children.
Supplies:
- Fleece (I bought 2/3 yd for my 6 mo. nephew and 1 yd. for my large 2 yr. old daughter)
- Enough rib knit for the bottom cuffs (7-10 inches)
- zipper (depends on length of child)
- The usual sewing supplies
